How many people can you host?
Our barn can comfortably hold 150 people, but we have hosted weddings closer to 200. Can we make food on the property? Food can be prepared on-site or off-site, however, we don't have any kitchen facilities. How late can our event go? Shut down time for events is 1:30AM. Can we have flamed candles? No, but battery operated candles are a great alternative! When can we access the venue? You will have access from Friday at 10:00am until Sunday at 12:00pm. When is payment due? In order to book with us, 50% is required to secure the date. After that, the remainder (including the damage deposit) is due 2 months prior to the wedding date. Is there a damage deposit? A damage deposit of $500 will be required with payment, however, if the venue is left clean with no damages, a full refund will be given. |
Can we camp on the property? We do offer camping on the night of the wedding on the property, however there are no hook ups. Do you offer tables and chairs? We offer up to 150 white resin chairs and 19 round tables. Do we offer linens/table cloths? No Can we serve alcohol? In order to serve alcohol, you must obtain a liquor license and, in our agreement, the client takes full responsibility for guests and their behaviors. Are we responsible for third party liability? Yes, you are responsible for obtaining a Special Events Liability Policy. Who has access to the bridal suite/what is it used for? The bridal suite is available for the wedding party only. This is a space where the bridal party can get ready. Children are only permitted with adult supervision. Do you have to go with a certain caterer when booking with us? Nope! Bring who you want! |
